A wallet's DeepBook balance managers with their balances, open orders and recent fills.

Finds the DeepBook v3 balance managers owned by the wallet, then returns for each one the coins it holds, its open orders across all pools and the fills where it was maker or taker. Open orders carry decimal price, quantity, filled and remaining size in base coin, side (bid or ask), status and expiry time. Fills are newest first, 20 per page by default, with a cursor for older ones. Balances are the free balances inside the manager, not funds locked in resting orders. Accepts an address or a name.sui.
