Rate class
Light. Counts against your light requests per second.

Returns fills of a DeepBook v3 pool from its OrderFilled events, newest first, 50 per page by default and at most 200. Each fill has the decimal price (quote per base), base size, quote size, which side the taker was on (buy or sell), the maker and taker balance manager and order id, the time and the transaction digest. Pass the cursor of the previous page to go further back. A page can hold fewer rows than limit with a cursor still set when the pool was quiet in the part of history that was searched: keep following the cursor until it is null.
