Every version of an object since it was created, either direction.

Rate class: Heavy. Counts against your heavy requests per second.

Returns the object's versions with the kind of change (created, mutated, transferred, wrapped, unwrapped, deleted), the owner after the change, the transaction digest and time, and the sender. Newest first by default, oldest first with sort=asc. Page with cursor, up to 200 versions. coinBalance is the raw balance for coin objects. Contents of past versions are not stored: this is the version log, not a state snapshot. Same data as getTransactionsForAsset but one row per version.
