One checkpoint: header, gas and its transactions.

Details

Endpoint: GET /v1/checkpoints/:seq
Credits: 1
Rate class: Light. Counts against your light requests per second.

Returns a checkpoint by sequence number, or the latest one with seq=latest. It has the digest, previous digest, epoch, time (unix seconds), transaction count, network transaction total, the gas totals in MIST, the neighbouring checkpoint numbers and a list of its transactions (digest, sender, type, status, a one-line sentence). System transactions are counted in system and left out of the list. Older than the index starts: not_indexed with the lowest checkpoint available.
