Agent Pass report: an owner's (or agent's) passes, their rules in plain words, spend against caps and every action, for a human.

Agent Pass (Sui's on-chain agent authorization) report for a pass, an owner or an agent address. For each pass: status and term, every rule in plain words (pools, per-trade and daily caps, price floor, named recipients, validators), budgets drawn from the owner's balance with what is left, today's usage, totals, and every transaction signed under it in one sentence each, including what Sui refused and which rule stopped it. `summary` is ready to show a human.
