Looks up a Walrus blob by its blob id and returns what is stored on Sui about it: size, encoding, the registered and certified epochs, the storage start and end epoch, an estimated end date, whether it is deletable, the owner and a status. The blob id can be the base64url form Walrus uses, its u256 decimal, or the Blob object id. If the same blob id was registered more than once, the newest registration is returned and the other object ids are listed in otherObjects. Status is deleted when the Blob object is gone and the index saw a delete.
