Cancel a SQL run

Endpoint: POST /v1/execution/:execution_id/cancel
Credits: Free
Rate class: Light. Counts against your light requests per second.
Also called: /api/v1/execution/:execution_id/cancel

Stops a pending or running run started by the same key, session or IP. A cancelled run costs nothing.
