The top senders that call a package, with call counts, last call time and success rate.

Endpoint: GET /v1/packages/:id/callers
Credits: 10
Rate class: Heavy. Counts against your heavy requests per second.

Returns the addresses that sent the most transactions calling any version of the package in the window, with the call count, share of all calls, last call time (unix seconds) and success rate. For quiet packages the answer is exact. For busy ones it comes from a uniform sample of transactions: counts are scaled up, last call is the latest sampled one, and the sampled field says so. Cached for 5 minutes.
