An unlabelled contract aborted in flash_loan::return_flashloan_quote with code 14680251 (no error name published). Failed at command 3.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 14680251; the check that failed is in flash_loan::return_flashloan_quote. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.00051 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
