Failed at command 0 in spam::increment_user_counter (Spam)

Spam aborted in spam::increment_user_counter with code 100 (no error name published). Failed at command 0.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 100; the check that failed is in spam::increment_user_counter. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.00077 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
