Failed at command 10 in d3::rb

An unlabelled contract aborted in d3::rb with code 999 (no error name published). Failed at command 10.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 999; the check that failed is in d3::rb. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.0012 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
