The contract publishes no name for code 11; the check that failed is in pool::flash_swap_internal, at bytecode offset 68. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.0001 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
