Failed at command 1 in mine::epoch_reset (Mineral)

Mineral aborted in mine::epoch_reset with code 4003 (no error name published). Failed at command 1.

A contract refused it: one of its own checks did not pass, so it stopped on purpose. The contract publishes no name for code 4003; the check that failed is in mine::epoch_reset. Nothing it tried to do took effect: every change was rolled back. Gas was still charged (0.0009 SUI), because validators did the work up to the failure, and the objects it used still moved to a new version.
