Validator stake share and commission
Who secures Sui: stake share per validator, commission, staker yield and how concentrated voting power has been over time.
Sui is secured by a set of validators chosen by stake. Voting power follows stake, capped at 10% per validator, and a third of it is enough to halt the chain, so the number of largest validators needed to pass that third is the clearest measure of decentralization. Staker APY is measured from each staking pool's exchange rate over the chosen window, so it is net of the validator's commission.
