SuiNS maps readable names like alice.sui to Sui addresses. A name is bought for one to five years; when it lapses it stays in the registry as expired until someone registers it again. Subnames are created by name owners for free and do not expire on their own. Payment history below starts with the current payments package in January 2025, when NS joined SUI and USDC as a way to pay, with a discount for paying in NS.
